After not seeing our family for a full year, today we drove to Baltimore. The girls mostly slept, we stopped and had lunch at Shake Shack, and then went out to dinner.

Wicked and Temps

Today Bella got her temps! She can now officially start learning to drive. And in the afternoon we got to see Wicked. It was really good. Sofia was supposed to come as well, but she was not feel great and stayed behind.

And just like that, our Bella has officially turned 16. We were happy to not only celebrate with her as a family, but also happy to know that this year she is once again surrounded by friends.
New Skis

Today we had lunch downtown with Philippe and Monique and afterward walked to the convention center to the Ski Expo. We learned about places to ski around here, and got Bella a pair of skis. We expect she will be hitting the slopes around here with her friends, so hopefully she will make good use of them.
Saturday Football Game

This afternoon we went to see the Worcester Academy Football team, since the neighbor was playing. It was a beautiful sunny and not-too-cold day for the middle of November. And Bella also got to hang out with her besties.
Lacrosse in rural MA

Today Bella and I got up at the crack of dawn for a lacrosse tournament in rural-ish Massachusetts. It was really cold, but at least it was sunny.
Eras Tour Encore

This weekend Bella got to go to the Eras Tour again. We flew to Cincinnati together, the concert was Sunday night, and on Monday I drove her back to the airport to fly back to Boston - while I stayed in Cincinnati for a week of meetings. She went to the concert with a friend's family and had a great time. Really lucky of her to get to see her twice.
2nd Anniversary at Gillette Stadium

Today was my second anniversary on the job, and got to celebrate it at the Gillette Stadium for a day of meetings. We got to walk on the field and I got to take this photo of a Taylor Swift poster for the girls.
Halloween at Work

Today we had our Halloween Celebration at work. We carved pumpkins. Cheryl and I both honored our pets with our designs.
Lacrosse at UMass

Today we got up early to drive to UMass, where Bella had a lacrosse tournament. We took Kika with us and while she behaved ok part of the time, it was definitely a lot of stimulation and by the end of the tournament she was barking at everything and everyone. It was our very first time going to UMass. It was a bit of a drive, but not too bad.
Birthday Encore

This week I was traveling in Germany and Poland for work and my team in Lodz was super nice and celebrated my birthday. They brought me cake, sang Happy Birthday, and gave me a gift.
Lacrosse at Dexter

Today was a beautiful day and Bella had a field hockey game at Dexter Field Academy, an expensive school in Brookline. No photos of her because she wouldn't let me. Field hockey has not been her favorite sport, mainly because of the coaching, but at least the weather was beautiful and she wasn't freezing in the sidelines.
My birthday

For my birthday we missed Sofia, but celebrated with lunch with my co-workers, Tatte with Bella, dinner with Lionel and Bella, and cake cutting with some friends who were visiting from California. I hadn't seen them in a long time, and it was nice to have them visiting for my big 4-8 birthday.
