This weekend I went on a quick girl trip to see two of my friends who are living in Arkansas. I didn't really go to do touristy things but rather to see them: How they are, where they live, places they like. I hadn't seen my friend Perla in like 3 years, so seeing her the first day and catching up was particularly nice. Besides hanging out in the city we did go on a hike yesterday afternoon, and today I took an early flight so I could get home by noon and enjoy the rest of the day with my family - and get ready for the week.
