This morning Lionel and I ran the Heart Mini 15K. At 46 degrees it was pretty warm, considering it is always freezing cold for this race, but it was windy - which made my last couple of miles really interesting. But despite the wind, and the fact that we didn't sleep well at all last night, we had pretty good times. And we placed really well in our age divisions. We may not be getting faster, but we are getting older and I guess the older competition is getting is slower.
