Creamy Whip

Despite the unseasonably cold weather Creamy Whip opened this week, and the girls did not miss a beat. After school we went there, like every other Friday during the summer. With this weather I wasn't necessarily looking forward to eating ice cream, but Bella really wanted to go. And tradition is tradition.

Vet Appointment

Today Zoey had her follow up vet appointment and her paw is looking better. Not completely there, but definitely heading in the right direction. She didn't like being at the vet, but she did enjoy the ride to and from.

Spring sport

Lacrosse is a spring sport, they said. And yet, we have been freezing our butts off during every single game so far. Today they played in real grass, which was a slushy mess, so it was even worse than usual - for the players and for the poor parents alike. It may officially be spring, but winter is not going away without a fight.

Pottery

Tonight Bella and I picked up our painted pottery. Since Sofia was not with us we didn't reveal her plate until we got home and she was able to unwrap it herself, but here are ours.

Spring Break - Day 7 - The end

Today we left Florida to come back home. The pouty faces on the picture are staged, but the feelings of disappointment that the vacation was over were not. We had a good run though, and luckily came back home with plenty of time to get ready for the week - which we are now.
