8 miles

This morning we both went running with the group. Today's goal was 8 miles. We were tired, but pushed through and finished the run. When we came back home I also took Zoey for a 30 minute walk, and we both did our workout challenge of the day. We then took it easy the rest of the morning, and took a nap later in the later to recover and get some energy for the remainder of the day.
