Tia happened

Jun 3,

One of these things is not like the other. One of these things was left behind by Tia.

Early Packing

Jun 2,

If you look around the house it doesn't look like we have started packing, but I have. I really do not want to leave things to the last minute and then go through a mad rush. I am starting by packing things from the closets, and getting them ready so when the time comes we can just pick up the containers and go. I am also labeling them with their final destination, so whomever ends up carrying that container doesn't have to wait for anybody to give them last minute directions. There is a lot more that needs to be done, but at least we have progress.

Twinsies!

Jun 2,

Today I wore one of my red dresses so this evening, after taking a shower, Bella decided she also wanted to wear her red dress and be all matchy matchy with me.

Selfies

Jun 2,

Earlier today Bella was channeling the 80's and taking selfies while I drove her back home after a birthday party.

Hotter

Jun 2,

Our morning runs keep getting hotter, and we are running at 7:30am! This morning it was supposed to be 67 degrees, but with the humidity it felt way hotter than that. It was so hot that I finished my run at 5.5 miles. I usually push to finish the full mile, but today it was time to call it quits and go back inside.

2nd Friday of Summer Break

Jun 1,

Today was already the second Friday of the girls' summer break. This week they had a good time seeing Isabel again, and hanging out with her, but today it was a more mellow day. I had to work, so we had nothing exciting planned for they day. At least we did go out for lunch and made our usual Creamy Whip stop.

Primos Time

May 31,

While their things were en route to Baltimore, Gabi and the boys spent a couple of days with us. The kids played basketball together, Bella and Adrian played with chalk, and Adrian enjoyed following Zoey around. They had a good time. The only down side was that it also made it much harder for my poor Bella to see them go and say good bye. They boys were excited to see their new house and their new city, but Bella is going to miss them a lot.
