Learning

Earlier this week I got to say good bye to somebody who was retiring from P&G after 31 years. We only worked together for the last 7 months, but as we said good bye he told me he was happy he got to meet me, and that in that short time he learned a lot from me. That made my day. And it is true. No matter how experienced somebody is, there is always something they can learn from someone else. We all can.
