Tonight we were lucky to once again have the family together to celebrate Christmas Eve. This year the girls decided to make a small painting for every person in the family, and hand them out as gifts. I made theirs. Bella said she would sing two songs, and had been practicing her moves during the day, but got all shy at the last minute. And although she still sang somewhat, it was definitely not the performance she had practiced. She did play the piano, and so did Sofia, but none of the adults wanted to show their talents. Or maybe we just had none to share. So we moved on to dinner, and afterwards played a game Sofia had prepared for us before we opened gifts and took some pictures.
