Today was Sofia's last day of finals at Walnut - her very first time going through final exams. I was happy for her that she finally gets to relax for 2 weeks, and also very proud of how well she has done transitioning into 7th grade at such a demanding school. She also ended up with excellent grades, and got there making her own plans on how much and when to study, in what order, and staying focused on the task at hand. Those organization skills are not easy to master, so I made sure I told her how proud I am.
