First game of the season

Tonight was the first lacrosse game of the season. Since they now have two teams, Sofia's game is at 7:00 pm which is kind of late. But she doesn't seem to mind. And although it was cold, I was prepared. Lionel was not, but since I got there later I brought him a bigger jacket as well. Bella was running around with the other siblings, and had a good time.

Monopoly

Per Bella's request, this afternoon Lionel, Bella and I had a Monopoly session. She won, which made her happy.

Heart Mini 2019

This morning Lionel and I ran the Heart Mini 15K. At 46 degrees it was pretty warm, considering it is always freezing cold for this race, but it was windy - which made my last couple of miles really interesting. But despite the wind, and the fact that we didn't sleep well at all last night, we had pretty good times. And we placed really well in our age divisions. We may not be getting faster, but we are getting older and I guess the older competition is getting is slower.

Mami-Sofia time

While Lionel and Bella were at the father-daughter dance, Sofia and I had our mami-Sofia time. We were going to see a movie, and didn't have time for an actual sit down dinner, so we grabbed a super quick dinner at Panera. We then we went to see "On the basis of Sex", which was as perfect choice for our time together.

Father-Daughter Dance 2019

Bella was really looking forward to Father-Daughter dance, and was very excited getting ready for it. She even asked me to curl her hair. She also very much enjoyed taking pictures, and had fun with her Bella poses.
