STEM Night

Nov 16,

Bella's school organized a STEM night for all the kids, and Bella really wanted to go. She had gymnastics, but I figured this was a good reason to skip. So we dropped Sofia off and drove back to the school. Bella quickly walked through several of the stations, trying to figure out where to stop, but finally settled on a few of them. She got to extract DNA from a Strawberry, something Sofia actually got to do a few weeks ago at school, saw some bugs under a microscope (which she thought was really gross), and saw how some fruit - when touched by a cable held by a human - transmitted energy back to the computer and played a music note. The robots didn't seem to interest her a lot, but we took a picture anyway to remember them in case she wanted to check it out later.
