For dinner we went to Miku, and it certainly did not disappoint. The restaurant expanded a lot since we were here last, and moved to a new location by Canada Place. Being so close to the water I was not in a rush to head back, so after dinner we walked around a little bit before heading back to the hotel. We walked by the Olympic Torch in front of the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel (where we were lucky to stay last time), and enjoyed beautiful views of the water and mountains as the sun was going down. It made me wish that Vancouver adopted us and kept us forever.
