This week Bella informed me that she touched the Elf, but that it was Ok because the Elf still moved. She knows she is not supposed to touch it, because it loses its magical powers and it can no longer fly - every kid knows that! So a few days later, Elfie Chica is still trying to recover from Bella's touch.
