Today, at lunch time, I went to get my packet for the Queen Bee. I was super excited to get it, and was looking forward to seeing this year's shirt. The past few years they had chosen blue, purple, and violet, so I was looking forward to another fun color. Unfortunately I quickly discovered that this year's shirt is gray, which I personally find kind of depressing. Seeing those tables covered in a sea of gray literally brought my energy down. So to alleviate my disappointment I went back to the merchandise section and got myself a bright pink shirt - with a logo in purple sparkly letters. And then I felt so much better.
