This morning we said goodbye to Strasbourg, and the family, and took the train to Paris. We rented an apartment close to the Champs Elysees that, thank God, has air conditioning. Actually, besides the location, that is the reason we chose it. We were worried about the weather getting hot and not being able to rest and sleep. And, as it turns out, this week is going to be extremely hot in Paris. We haven’t been sleeping the best the past few nights, so we really need a good night sleep. In fact, as I write this, the girls are taking power naps before we head out to walk around.
