Vacation Day 2 - Good Advise

Tonight, when we got back home from the dinner, I saw this on Facebook. Good advise in general, but #7 really caught my eye. Definitely how I want to continue to operate, even if that means that others who don't will probably pass me by at work. Manipulating is such an ugly word, and I don't want to have anything to do with it.
