Today was Bella's last day in second grade. They were supposed to walk to a nearby park, and have a picnic there all day, but the weather did not cooperate. It was a very rainy day. In fact, the first day of school was also like that. All the previous years we had nice sunny days at the start and end of the school year, but not this time around. They still had an indoor party, but it was not the same. It is a good thing that the kids were in good spirits anyway. It was the last day of school after all, with the promise of a great summer in front of them.
