Day 11 - Run Abi Run!

After almost 5 months I think it is finally safe to say, without the risk of jinxing myself, that I have finally recovered from the tendonitis I got when I was training for the Miami marathon. So I am now starting to increase the miles, and getting back to my routine of running 3 times a week. I think my body has been missing that, so it is good to be back. I have mostly been running on the treadmill, while the girls are still in bed, but I am looking forward to running outside and revisit the routes I ran the entire winter, on Sunday mornings, when the city wasn't awake quite yet.
