Yesterday morning we left the hotel in Lucerne to drive to St Die, where Lionel's cousin lives. On our way there, we stopped by a place called Colmar. It is a cute, very Alsatian town. It must be fairly touristy, because we saw several groups walking around with a tourist guide.
There is an area called "La Petite Venise" that is particularly pretty. We walked around for a little while, had lunch, took a few pictures, stopped for a few minutes at a local playground, and headed back out.
